What we help with

Trauma & PTSD

When something hard is still showing up in your body, sleep, or relationships. We use IFS and Brainspotting, which work alongside talk therapy and don't require you to relive every detail.

What is Brainspotting?

Anxiety

Racing thoughts, a body that won't settle, panic, worry that runs the day. Therapy plus simple nervous-system tools you can use between sessions.

Breathwork for anxiety

Depression

Feeling flat, heavy, or stuck. A steady therapist and, if you want it, a gentle body-based practice to help things move again.

Why your mind argues with itself

Grief & loss

Death, divorce, identity, the losses no one talks about. One-on-one support plus our Grief Unbound groups.

Common questions

Do you accept insurance?

We're a private-pay practice, so we don't bill insurance directly. Your records stay private and your care isn't shaped by session limits or diagnosis codes. We'll go over fees openly on your free call.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Therapy is available by secure, HIPAA-compliant video, so you can do the work from home.

How far are you from Montvale?

We're at 96 East Allendale Road in Saddle River, a short drive from Montvale, Park Ridge, Upper Saddle River, Ramsey and Woodcliff Lake. Easy from Route 17 and the Garden State Parkway.

I don't know what kind of help I need. Is that okay?

Completely. Most people don't. That's what the free call is for. Ask for Melanie at (201) 708-8448.

Ready when you are
